Terms and Conditions | Matts® EasyPay™

All our regular services are on an equal easy to pay amount spread throughout the 12 month year. The amount paid every month is the yearly total of the service divided by 12 equal monthly payments (including any package savings). Our Matts® EasyPay™ gives you piece of mind knowing that your property will be tended to by one of our Matts® Professional Teams throughout the year with just one simple monthly payment. NO LOCK IN is our policy here at Matts® so you can cancel at any time. If your monthly payment is stopped anytime between yearly intervals then we or you will owe the difference between your monthly payment and the services you have received during that 'YEAR' (any discount packages cancelled between 'YEARS' will not carry that discount for that 'YEAR' only). Please speak to a Matts® Professional TODAY who will advise you on how to choose and save on the best package for your home.

No Hassle Payments with Matts® EasyPay™ and NO Lock-In!

Our payment methods includes just 3 easy options to make it more convenient for you to settle your invoice: No more concerns about running out of cheques or missing payments! There will be just ONE monthly invoice for all your repeat services.

  1. Cheque to be received by 15th of the month
  2. Online Transfer (BACs) payments to reach our account by 15th of each month.
  3. Direct Debit® taken by the 15th of each month

For your piece of mind we operate The Direct Debit Guarantee. This means: If there is a change in the amount to be debited or the payment date, we will notify you in advance. If we, or the bank make an error, you are guaranteed a full & immediate refund of the amount. You can also cancel a direct debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building society, so there really is no reason not to join the hundreds of other customers already enjoying the benefits.

Multiple Client Payment Options

If paying by Direct Debit™, please note that Matts® Home Services Ltd has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk) to collect your payments and Matts® Home Services will be shown on your bank statement.
